This P-51D Mustang sporting the defining prominent Red Tail along with "Bunny" pin-up nose art, was flown by Tuskegee Airman Lieutenant Colonel Bob Friend on numerous missions while stationed in Europe during World War II, has been restored and is now on permanent display at the Palm Springs Air Museum in California.
